If you have activated your account (i.e. accepted terms and conditions and put in some details and saved) then please try closing down and opening the hub up again on a PC or laptop (not mobile or tablet) and logging in via the link we sent you in the initial email.

If you have not activated your account your Patient Hub account will not work, please contact wendy@healthoptimising.co.uk who will resend your Welcome email from the Patient Hub. It will come from noreply@naturaldoc.co.uk and be titled: "Welcome to My Patient Hub – IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ AND SAVE".


It is worth checking in your junk/spam folder as well in case it is there. You simply need to check your details, set a password and click save to accept our terms and conditions. It should only take a few minutes at most. Please note that you must do this on a PC or laptop (not mobile or tablet).
